Our Commitment:

  • Relationships: We are committed to building strong and meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, communities, and individuals.
  • Opportunities: We are dedicated to creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within our organisation and within the broader community. This may include:
    • Employment opportunities: Creating pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to join our team.
    • Procurement: Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses through our procurement processes.
    • Mentorship and training: Providing opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Learning: We are committed to ongoing learning and education about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and contemporary issues.

We understand that reconciliation is an ongoing journey. We are committed to continuous improvement and learning, and we will regularly review and update our reconciliation efforts.
